Customer Quality Engineer (Electronics Manufacturing, West)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure products and manufacturing processes comply with customer specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and data analysis to identify non-conformities and support continuous process improvement.
• Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports while coordinating with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams on quality-related matters.

Requirements:

• IRCA, CQE certified
• At least 5 years of quality assurance or quality control experience in electronics, EMS, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies, including ISO 9001, SPC, FMEA, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.

Salary: $3,000 to $4,800
