M&E Coordinator (Infrastructure / LTA Project)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate M&E works with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Supervise on-site M&E installation activities and support smooth execution of construction works
• Manage MEP clearances and documentation in accordance with approved project plans.
• Participate in coordination meetings and liaise with construction teams to resolve technical and scheduling issues.
• Assist project management and M&E leadership on assigned tasks, including BIM (Revit) model updates and detailing as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant M&E experience with infrastructure/LTA projects.
• Proficient in interpreting M&E drawings, specifications, and construction sequences.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with BIM (Revit) and ability to make model edits is advantageous.

Salary: $4,000 to $7,000
