Sales Executive (Tuas, Coatings / Building Materials, Class 3)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and grow sales within the construction and infrastructure sector, while maintaining existing customer accounts.
• Establish strong working relationships with project owners, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders to secure project opportunities and product specifications.
• Present suitable coating solutions to customers and consultants and follow up on projects from the specification stage through site execution.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and account plans while coordinating with internal teams to support successful project delivery.
• Monitor customer accounts, project progress, and outstanding payments to ensure business targets and agreed commercial terms are met.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction, building materials, coatings industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and industry stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own a car to travel for customer and project visits.

Salary: $4,000 to $7,000
