Automation Equipment Technician (Semiconductor Backend)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out machine assembly, setup, calibration, and final equipment checkout.
• Perform module alignment, vision alignment, and system calibration to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic components.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and provide on-site technical support locally and overseas when required.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1 year of mechanical alignment, motor tuning, or vision systems experience in Semiconductor/Automation Industry.
• Proficient in machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.

Salary: $2,500 to $3,400
