Payroll Executive (Marine, Sage Easypay)

Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle payroll for 200–300 crew and staff, including overseas payroll and multi-currency processing.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, allowances, and deductions, aligned with crewing contracts and rotations.
• Liaise with HR, crewing, and finance teams; manage payroll reports, audits, and employee salary queries.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting/HRM or equivalent
• At least 2 years of payroll experience, preferably handling 200–300 headcount.
• Proficient in Sage EasyPay payroll system.

Salary: $2,800 to $3,500
