Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales of semiconductor manufacturing equipment (full systems, not components/modules) across Southeast Asia and assigned territories.
  • Manage strategic accounts including foundries, IDMs, OSATs, and OEMs; identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver tailored equipment solutions and lead contract negotiations to close deals.
  • Track market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitor activity; maintain accurate forecasts, CRM updates, and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering or Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of equipment sales experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, preferably in back-end processes.
  • Good understanding of fab and OSAT workflows, qualification protocols, and CapEx planning cycles.
  • Strong customer connections and ability to work independently.
  • Able to travel moderately across Southeast Asia and assigned regions.

Salary: $4,000 to $6,000
