Manufacturing Technician (PLC, Rotating Shifts)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for daily production operations, including equipment maintenance, fault finding and corrective repairs.
• Work closely with Process Engineers and production teams to resolve equipment issues and support machine upgrades, efficiency improvements and production activities.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and assist with troubleshooting to ensure reliable equipment performance and smooth production operations.
• Maintain relevant maintenance records and support continuous improvement, workplace safety and 5S initiatives.

Requirements:

• NTC / ITC in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment, covering mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control/PLC systems, within a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts required by production.

Salary: $2,500 to $3,200
