CNC Supervisor (Tuas, Manufacturing)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support daily machining operations, ensuring smooth workflow, manpower allocation, and timely output.
• Lead and guide machinists and operators, ensuring work is performed according to technical drawings and required specifications.
• Plan and adjust machining schedules to meet delivery timelines while optimizing machine usage and productivity.
• Assist in troubleshooting machining issues, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure equipment remains in good working condition.
• Monitor quality standards, tooling usage, and workplace safety while driving continuous improvement in operations and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC in Precision, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 5 years of CNC machining experience, with exposure to shopfloor operations in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and use basic measurement tools.
• Familiar with machining processes, tooling, and production planning.

Salary: $4,000 to $5,500
