Architectural Coordinator (HDB / Condo / Landed Projects)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site architectural works, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely progress for HDB, condominium, and landed projects.
• Coordinate quotations, material selections, and deliveries, ensuring designs reflect on-site conditions and client/consultant updates.
• Cross-check architectural drawings with structural and M&E plans, resolve discrepancies, and prepare clarification sketches when required.
• Supervise trades, monitor construction sequencing, and hold regular meetings to track progress and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture, Building Technology, Interior Design, or related field closely related built-environment discipline.
• At least 3 years’ experience in architectural coordination, site supervision, or construction delivery for HDB, Condo or Landed Projects.
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and on-site technical requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local building regulations.

Salary: $3,500 to $6,500
