Senior / Project Engineer (Mixed-Use Development)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate on-site structural and building works, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and project timelines.
• Liaise with consultants, site representatives, and subcontractors on inspections, technical issues, and work progress.
• Work closely with M&E and architectural teams to manage interface coordination across multiple disciplines.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are carried out safely, correctly, and efficiently.
• Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and ensure teams are working with the latest drawings and information.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in building construction projects, in mixed-use or large-scale developments.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and/or BIM tools.
• Strong coordination skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders on-site.

Salary: $4,000 to $7,000
