Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team on daily operations.
  • Handle purchase-related tasks and liaise with customers on order matters.
  • Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Maintain proper records and ensure timely updates in the system.
  • Support general administrative duties and assist with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • ITE in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of admin or sales support experience.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary: $2,500
