Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical assistance to customers through multiple channels including phone, live chat, email, and onsite visits when required.
- Participate in a 24/7 support environment, working on rotating shifts as scheduled.
- Investigate and resolve technical problems by identifying root causes and applying appropriate troubleshooting methods.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec and above
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior exposure to networking or cybersecurity solution deployment will be an advantage.
Salary: $3,000 to $4,000
