IT Support Officer (Cybersecurity, 24 / 7)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical assistance to customers through multiple channels including phone, live chat, email, and onsite visits when required.
• Participate in a 24/7 support environment, working on rotating shifts as scheduled.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems by identifying root causes and applying appropriate troubleshooting methods.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec and above
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior exposure to networking or cybersecurity solution deployment will be an advantage.

Salary: $3,000 to $4,000
