Test Engineer (Advantest V93k / Teradyne Uflex)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and debug test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal products on ATE platforms (Advantest 93k – SmarTest 7/8, Teradyne UFLEX).
• Collaborate with design engineers on first silicon bring-up, device characterization across PVT, and production release.
• Perform digital vector debug (JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional, MBIST) and characterize Mixed Signal IPs (ADC, DAC, PLL, etc.).
• Support production ramp-up, yield improvement, and test time optimization through cross-functional teamwork.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of Test Engineering experience, with hands-on skills in Teradyne UltraFlex or Advantest 93K ATE.
• Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for hands-on work in a lab environment.

Salary: $4,000 to $6,000
