Quantity Surveyor (Tender, HDB Project)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, organize, and administer tender documentation from preparation through submission.
• Track and control project costs, ensuring expenditures align with approved budgets and financial targets.
• Assess potential risks (cost, timeline, contractual, and safety) and implement measures to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Obtain and analyze quotations from subcontractors, comparing them against scope, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate project scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication to support smooth site operations and timely completion.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in cost management in building or civil projects.
• Prior exposure to HDB projects and tendering processes.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.

Salary: $3,500 to $4,200
