Architectural Designer (Luxury Landed / Condo Projects)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, partners, and customers to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
• Develop and manage project schedules, scopes, resources, and monitor overall project health to achieve success.
• Support design teams by gathering requirements, reviewing options, and coordinating presentations, specifications, drawings, and FF&E packages.
• Handle sales inquiries, customer queries, and complaints professionally while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Design, Architecture, Project Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of project coordination experience in Condo, and Landed projects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; able to work independently or in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple demands while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Salary: $5,000 to $6,000
