Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute account-level strategies that support profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
  • Oversee service arrangements, ensuring commitments are met and improvement opportunities are identified and acted upon. Explore and develop additional opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience to clients.
  • Review performance data and trends, facilitate regular business discussions, and recommend actions to improve results.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience managing client relationships within a commercial or operational environment in either aviation/ oil & gas / pharmaceutical industry.
  • Capable of balancing multiple priorities and delivering outcomes within time constraints.

Salary: $6,000 to $8,000
