Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate centre schedules, events, enrichment programmes, and logistics.
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Generate and issue monthly school fee invoices to parents.
  • Manage refund processes and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec and above
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a pre-school setting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Salary: $3,000 to $3,300
