Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate centre schedules, events, enrichment programmes, and logistics.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Generate and issue monthly school fee invoices to parents.
- Manage refund processes and documentation.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec and above
- At least 2 years of administrative experience in a pre-school setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Salary: $3,000 to $3,300
