Our client provides technical and commercial management solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and arrange a timely follow up oil major vetting inspections.
- Perform annual onboard navigation audits, preferably during a short voyage.
- Monitor all vessels on operational issues such as loading, discharging, tank cleaning, and grade change.
- Arrange external safety audits and onboard training with the appointed audit or training company.
- Assist in the implementation of health, safety, security, quality and environmental policies.
Requirements:
- Chief Officer Certificate or Master’s License
- At least 5 years of sailing as a Chief Officer experience in Chemical Tankers.
- Good in ship vetting by majors, ship and terminal operations.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations.
Salary: $10,000 to $12,000
