Marketing Executive (Retail / Commercial Property)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events to drive footfall and enhance tenant engagement.
• Develop content for digital and offline channels, including social media, newsletters, and mall signage.
• Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate campaigns and activations.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of marketing experience in retail or commercial property industry.
• Good project management skills; able to handle campaigns, social media, and events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with tenants, vendors, and teams.

Salary: $3,000 to $4,200
