M&E Manager (LTA)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and work closely with consultants on the design work for M&E services for MRT projects.
• Coordinate and develop the CCSM and M&E designs in partnership with LTA, SWCs, and relevant authorities.
• Interpret specifications, secure budget approval, and assist in planning and coordinating M&E services installation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure timely, quality M&E installation and obtain necessary approvals
• Ensure compliance with construction procedures and safety practices to meet the required standards during site tests and inspections.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience including involvement in two MRT/LTA underground project
• Proficient in BIM software and AutoCAD.
• Preferred experience in writing tender specifications, with strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.

Salary: $10,000 to $12,000
