Architectural Coordinator (AutoCAD / Revit, Construction)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Directly oversee architectural works on-site, ensuring quality, alignment, sequencing, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to resolve conflicts; liaise with consultants and update project stakeholders on variations.
• Assist in planning quotations and procurement of materials and finishes; ensure timely delivery and coordinate storage with the Project Manager.
• Oversee and monitor subcontractors’ progress through regular meetings; assign and supervise architectural staff to meet quality and schedule targets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/Architecture or equivalent
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an architectural or construction environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Codes, regulations, and local quality standards.

Salary: $3,500 to $6,500
