Assembly Technician (Semiconductor)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform sub-module assembly and in-house qualification of semiconductor equipment.
• Set up machines to meet internal buy-off requirements and create setup instructions.
• Develop checklists for module assembly and integration; identify extra parts for BOM updates.
• Ensure modified part drawings are accurately updated and documented.

Requirements:

• NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in assembling and testing complex electrical and mechanical subassemblies, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Skilled in using precision tools and understanding geometrical tolerance control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic image editing tools.

Salary: $2,200 to $3,200
