Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive product strategy and manage development from initial concept through end-of-life.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects that meet customer expectations and business goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define product capabilities and address development challenges.
- Enhance product performance and field reliability through data-driven improvements and customer insights.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Good knowledge of equipment product development and fundamental engineering principles.
Salary: $5,000 to $7,500
