HR Generalist (Woodlands, Education, up to $4,400)

Our client is a non-profit organization where they strive to make a meaningful impact in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
• Participate in HR initiatives and projects to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Support the performance appraisal process, including training managers and employees.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of experience in the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
• Knowledge in HRIS systems.

Salary: $3,500 to $4,400
