Clinic Manager (Specialist Clinic, 5.5 days)

Our client is a specialist clinic located at the city.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and optimal resource utilization.
• Manage the clinic budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial viability.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Nitec and above
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in clinic setting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary: $3,800 to $4,000
