Product Sales Manager (Trade Finance & Real Estate / Property Lending)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team in overseeing daily operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and treasury matters.
• Manage statutory audits, ensure timely preparation of financial statements, and maintain compliance with SFRS and tax regulations.
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights, support strategic planning, and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee shared services functions such as intercompany billing, AP/AR, and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Mentor and guide team members while driving efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to internal controls.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in both audit and commercial finance in the Property/Real Estate industry.
• Proficient in SFRS, NetSuite, Cognos, and MRI.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Salary: $4,000 to $6,000
