Assistant Restaurant Manager (Fast Food)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service flow.
• Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or fast-food operation.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary: $2,500 to $3,400
