QS Manager (M&E)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Take charge of preparing and submitting comprehensive and competitive bids for both private sector and public sector projects, with a strong emphasis on mechanical and electrical scopes in data centre and cleanroom developments.
• Manage tender processes including document review, scope assessment, and timely government portal submissions.
• Liaise with design and project teams to gather technical and commercial inputs for accurate cost estimation and value engineering.
• Negotiate pricing and scope with clients during pre-contract phases to ensure commercial success.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior Quantity Surveyors, monitoring project risks and ensuring compliance with standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying
• At least 8 years’ experience in pre-contract tendering and cost management with main contractors.
• Strong expertise in M&E systems, especially in data centre and cleanroom environments.
• Proficient in managing government tenders via local e-procurement portals.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with demonstrated leadership ability.

Salary: $7,500 to $11,000
