Production Planner (6-Month Contract, Manufacturing)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate production output for finished goods and sub-assemblies to support customer orders and changing demand.
• Manage inventory levels across distribution points, ensuring sufficient stock while avoiding excess or obsolescence.
• Use planning systems to release work orders, track supply requirements, and adjust schedules based on demand fluctuations.
• Work closely with customer service, production, and logistics teams to address order changes, shortages, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor planning performance (e.g., backorders, stock levels) and support continuous improvements in workflow, accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP or similar).
• Comfortable using Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
• Good coordination and communication skills to work across departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $3,500 to $5,000
