Resident Physician (Geriatric / Rehabilitative Care)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day clinical care and management for inpatients, focusing on rehabilitation, recovery, and stabilization.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and family case discussions to support integrated discharge planning.
• Monitor chronic conditions, functional recovery, and respond to acute medical issues in a step-down setting.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with institutional care standards and regulatory expectations.
• Contribute to a team-based culture by guiding junior staff and supporting continual service improvement.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MBBS or MD) accredited by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Fully registered with the SMC and eligible to practice in Singapore.
• At least 3 years of post-housemanship clinical experience.
• Passion for geriatric or rehabilitative care, especially in step-down or community settings.
• Additional training or experience in family medicine, gerontology, or palliative care is advantageous.

Salary: $8,000 to $12,000
