Staff Electrical Engineer (Semiconductor)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead cross‑functional engineering teams in the development and execution of electrical, control, and automation capabilities.
• Define system architectures and technical standards for electromechanical platforms.
• Oversee design, integration, testing, and validation across the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to support product delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, precision equipment, or related high‑technology industries.
• Strong expertise in motion control modelling and control algorithms for ultra‑high‑speed and high‑accuracy applications.
• Proficiency with analytical and simulation tools (e.g. MATLAB, MathCAD), including experience with C/C++ programming for real‑time control and understanding of mechanical system integration.

Salary: $7,000 to $8,500
