IT Support Executive (Windows 10 / 11, Semiconductor)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform technical support for computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Find and solve complicated tech problems with operating systems, software, networks, and hardware.

Requirements:

• Nitec and above
• At least 1 year of IT Support experience in operating system or software application troubleshooting.
• Skilled in Windows OS (versions 10/11), basic networking, Active Directory, and remote support tools.

Salary: $2,000 to $3,000
