Responsibilities:

  • Drive daily retail operations with a focus on customer service, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordinate stock take and return processes.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above
  • At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience in retail industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.)
  • Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

Salary: $3,500 to $4,000
