Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations.
- Partner with department heads and leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, talent development plans, and succession planning.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labour laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage HR reporting, audits, and contribute to continuous process improvement across HR operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience in a managerial capacity within a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive, people-focused leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Salary: $7,000 to $8,000
