Accounting / Coordination
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations including office coordination, filing, vendor communication, and supporting internal teams.
- Handle basic accounting functions such as Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking expenses, reporting, and other operational data.
- Assist with documentation, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and timelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel
Salary: $3,000 to $4,000
