Facilities Management
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate contractors for building upkeep, ensuring timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and service contract renewals.
- Respond to feedback and service requests from staff and residents, while maintaining updated records, documents, and equipment inventories.
- Ensure timely submission and renewal of licenses, and support audits and inspections by maintaining standards and proper documentation.
- Oversee small-scale projects, support budgeting for facility needs, and enforce safety and infection control measures in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Facilities Management/Building Services/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Work at Height (Supervisor)/WSQ Respond to Fire Emergency in Buildings/ First Aider (with CPR & AED)/WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes Certified
- At least 5 years of experience Building Facilities/Engineering Maintenance in Healthcare industry.
- Familiar with building maintenance, electrical and mechanical systems, air-conditioning, plumbing, kitchen setup, and inventory processes.
Salary: $4,000 to $4,500
