Admin / Sales Coordination

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales support, office administration, and accounting functions within the company.
  • Manage sales inquiries, work closely with the sales team, and ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Coordinate incoming shipments and liaise with shipping forwarders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests with enthusiasm and efficiency.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above
  • At least 3 years of sales support and admin experience in the Engineering/Construction industry.
  • Strong multitasking ability with effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Salary: $2,000 to $2,800
