Customer Service Officer (4PL, West)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and monitor shipment status.
• Coordinate shipments with forwarders and truckers.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, including shipment declarations.
• Perform customer invoicing and generate shipment reports.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in customs clearance, import/export regulations, and trade documentation.
• Proficient in SAP, WMS and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Comfortable to work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse.

Salary: $3,000 to $4,000
