Architectural Manager (LTA, 5.5 days)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and assess architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contract requirements.
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, material procurement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and enforce policies, standards, and procedures for technical and engineering work.
• Conduct meetings and coordinate closely with consultants and clients.
• Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring production requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, recognized by BOA or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant project or site experience in LTA Projects.

Salary: $6,000 to $8,000
