Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation, filing, scanning, photocopying, and record management.
  • Assist in compiling and preparing monthly administrative or project reports.
  • Support document control activities and assist Document Controllers with daily administrative tasks.
  • Verify and check invoices prior to processing for payment.

Requirements:

  • GCE O level and above
  • At least 2 years of admin experience in the Construction/Engineering sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Salary: $1,700
