Retail Manager (Retail, Islandwide)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to ensure efficient operations, proper inventory management, and attractive visual merchandising.
• Guide and support the retail team through training and leadership to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to enhance store productivity and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by responding to customer needs, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above.
• At least 2 years of retail supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: $2,800 to $3,500
