Quantity Surveyor Manager (M&E)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the quantity surveying function for M&E projects, ensuring cost control and contract compliance.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
• Review and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims with clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely procurement and cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide strategic cost advice to senior management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of M&E cost estimation, contracts and procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in relevant QS software and MS Office Suite.

Salary: $5,000 to $8,000
