Facilities Technician (HVAC / ACMV, Class 2B / 3, Night Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out nightly checks and basic servicing of air‑conditioning units and school facilities.
• Identify and report any defects or safety concerns in classrooms, shared areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Manage urgent maintenance tasks, including electrical issues, plumbing repairs, and minor facility rectifications.
• Support contractors during repair or upgrade works when required.

Requirements:

• Possess valid Class 2B/3 License
• Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on facility maintenance experience; candidates with 5 years of building or construction maintenance experience.
• Able to work night shift (10pm – 7am)
• Practical knowledge in air‑conditioning maintenance plus basic competencies in electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.

Salary: $2,800 to $3,500
