IT Manager (Construction, ITIL)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT department to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient operation of all IT systems, aligning with business goals.
• Develop and execute strategic IT initiatives, focusing on security, operational efficiency, and innovation to enhance business performance.
• Oversee the lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring proper planning, execution, documentation, and budget management.
• Spearhead process improvements and digital transformation efforts, driving greater workflow efficiency.
• Implement IT security measures, establish policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards to protect organizational data and assets.

Requirements:

• ITIL Certified
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Management and Project Leadership in the Construction Industry.
• Must have prior supervisory experience managing a team of 3-5 individuals.
• Extensive expertise in data management, network security, and industry-standard governance practices.

Salary: $5,000 to $6,500
