Building Technician (North, Healthcare, 6 days)

Our client is a non-profit organisation

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve issues related to facilities, infrastructure, mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, and sanitation.
• Conduct routine inspections and upkeep tasks to ensure proper functioning of equipment and systems.
• Oversee on-site work performed by vendors/contractors and handle urgent situations as required.
• Report any defects, malfunctions, or damages to office furniture, fittings, and equipment.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec in Building Maintenance or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities management, M&E operations, and building services.
• Strong knowledge in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.

Salary: $2,500 to $3,500
