Maintenance Engineer (CNC, Aerospace Manufacturing)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for facility maintenance, machinery upgrades, and equipment repairs while ensuring minimal downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve machinery issues, conduct preventive maintenance, and maintain service records.
• Oversee spare parts procurement, enforce safety compliance, and manage maintenance budgets to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs, cost-effective services, and major overhauls.
• Provide basic training on machinery and equipment maintenance for operational staff.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, with a strong focus on CNC machines in the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $3,000 to $6,000
