Procurement Executive (Healthcare)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including RFQ/tender management, process optimization, and stakeholder training.
• Handle recurring procurement tasks such as supplier performance evaluation, approved vendor list maintenance, and updates to procurement KPIs.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager as part of the Operations Department.
• Responsible for driving cost savings, enhancing quality, and fostering a positive process culture in procurement operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of procurement and tender experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Able to handle and understand contract legal terms.
• Proactive with a keen eye for detail.

Salary: $3,000 to $5,000
