BIM Modeller (Construction, Hospital Project)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the team to troubleshoot issues, ensure timely delivery of models, and maintain accuracy in BIM documentation.
• Ensure CAD and BIM standards are upheld, and workflows comply with company policies and project requirements.
• Support project teams by managing RFIs, creating presentations using BIM models, and handling related project tasks.
• Prepare and print drawings for production, create presentation materials, and participate in design and model reviews.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of 3D modelling and Autodesk Revit experience in Construction Industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 3dsMAX
• Able to understand building design drawings and architectural shop drawings.

Salary: $3,500 to $4,500
