Air Freight Operations Executive (CargoWise, Alt 5.5days, East)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle daily customer communications via calls and emails, ensuring prompt responses in a high-urgency environment.
• Verify shipment documents against cargo and export permits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams (traffic, freight, operations) to arrange bookings and ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare shipment and billing reports, while resolving issues with customers and overseas counterparts to ensure timely operations.

Requirements:

• GCE O Level and above
• Proficient in CargoWise system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated team player with good analytical skills, initiative, and willingness to support operations outside regular hours.

Salary: $2,500 to $3,500
