Logistics Planning & Procurement Executive (Rotating Shift, East)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize shipment space allocation, including consolidation and handling of bumped cargo to maximize efficiency.
• Manage rate procurement and pricing, including RFQs/tenders, and maintain buying and selling rates with customers and airlines.
• Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to ensure correct bookings, smooth workflow, and punctual shipment uplift.
• Monitor shipment progress, provide status updates and reporting (including P&L), and resolve operational issues through effective problem-solving.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in air freight, logistics planning, or procurement operations.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational skills and effective time management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.

Salary: $3,000 to $3,500
